A passion for property and the ability to deliver the highest levels of customer service are also essential.

 

The ideal applicants must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be solution-focused and willing to adhere to company procedures, policies and standards. Experience in Estate Agency is preferred but not required as full training is provided.

 

Earning Potential

 

We fully expect Our Agents Partners to realistically take home at least £25,000 to £50,000 in year one and £100,000+ from year 2 onwards.
